On actuation, the switching element and actuator are either brought together or separated. Using increased extraction force on the actuator, BERNSTEIN safety switches prevent the safety door from being opened unintentionally.

Standard actuator A1

Hinged Actuator A2
Actuators for applications with a minimum actuating radius of 150 mm. Repositioning of spring-mounted actuator by 4 x 90° in not mounted state possible.

Hinged Actuator A3 with dust cap
Actuators for applications where the minimum actuating radius is at least 400 mm and where the actuator hole must be protected from fine dust.

Flexible actuator A4
Actuators for applications with a minimum actuating radius of 350 mm.

Transverse actuator A7
