Welding Point Detector

In consecutive line, the first strip and the second strip are welded together and this welded one is put in a hole on its front-end to indicate welded section.

To see the position of this welded surface, this device detects welded section through the hole put in on its front-end.​​

PR-WPD Type : Sensor to detect the holes indicating the strip welding intervals in consecutive processes of the strip processing equipment. 

PR-WPD-AMP5: The hole detection controller is used for detecting the holes indicating the strip welding intervals in consecutive processes of the strip processing equipment. 

PR-WPD and AMP cannot be used independently. The sensor and AMP comprise as a set.
