Series #1000: Zahm SS-60 CO2 Volume Meter
The volume meter determines average C02 levels of gas that is stored in the tanks. A piston release eliminates sample bleed off and the possibility for human error. Samples go through repeated volume expansion which results in more accurate measurements. The meter is lightweight and made of stainless steel. The thermometer may be replaced in the field by the user. The SS-60 volume meter comes complete with clamping device and handles.
Series #2037/3000/4000: Zahm Clamping Device/Sample Bottle/CO2 Gas Header
The sample bottle along with the CO2 gas header and clamping device allows the user to take carbonated beverage samples from a tank without the introduction of extraneous air or loss of gas.
Series #5000: Zahm New Style Air Tester
This air tester is recommended for use in testing air content where greater accuracy and speed are required. The instrument automatically adjusts to different size bottles and cans. It is available in one or three liter size.

Series #6000: Zahm Model D-T Piercing Device
The piercing device measures C02 gas volumes in bottles and cans. Two pressure/temperature relationship charts are furnished to provide accurate and rapid gas volume measurements in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The device is available in one or three liter sizes.

Series #7000: Zahm New Style Air Tester with Dial Thermometer
The air tester measures C02 gas and air content in bottles and cans. It adjusts automatically to different size bottles and cans. The tester is available in one or three liter size. It comes with two pressure/temperature relationship charts to determine C02 gas volume in either alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. The tester is equipped with a dual-scale pressure gauge and an adjustable dual-scale dial thermometer.
Model 7001: Piercing device for measuring C02 and air content in bottles or cans up to one liter size. Unit is equipped with a pressure gauge, burette and dial thermometer.
Model 7002: Piercing device for measuring C02 and air content in bottles or cans up to three liter size. Unit is equipped with a pressure gauge, burette and dial thermometer.
Series #8000: Zahm Volume Meter Gauge Tester
This tester allows the user to re-calibrate pressure gauges in the laboratory. Unit is supplied with a 100 psi NIST certified test gauge. Standard test gauge has been calibrated at 30, 35,40,45 and 50 psi. Maximum test pressure is 65 psi.
Zahm 8000P Pneumatic Gauge Tester
Test and calibrate gauges on-site. Gauges thread into various size adapters on the instrument. A compatative reading is subsequently taken by increasing pressure in the unit with the hand pump to the desired reading. The tester is simple to use and requires no messy oils or lubricants. Cost is less than a comparable dead weight tester.
Tester comes standard with a 100 psi NIST certified test gauge.*
Standard gauge is segmented in 1/2 lb divisions.
Standard gauges have been calibrated at 5 points: 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 psi.**
Maximum test pressure is 65 psi.

Series #9000: Zahm Model 9000-R Pilot Plant
The Pilot Plant is used for carbonation, bottling, and batch testing of carbonated beverages. It is made of stainless steel and suited for rugged laboratory use. The unit consists of a filter, carbonator and filler. All gauges are constructed of stainless steel as well and are of 1 percent high accuracy design. The Pilot Plant comes in 5, 6 or 10 gallon size.

This device measures the purity of the C02 gas. It makes gas testing simple, fool-proof, clean and highly accurate. The instrument is supplied with a caustic resevoir (10100.) The user needs to determine which absorption burette is needed. Absorption burettes available are:

Series #11000: Modified Piercing Device
The Series 11000 Piercing Device is a modified Zahm New Style Air tester (Series 5000) with the burette, burette clamp, support rod, level bottle, stand, and connection tubing omitted. This instrument is used where a separately mounted burette is preferred for air testing or where a fast, simple closure piercing unit is required to measure pressure. Where samples are tested at room or known temperature, gas pressure can be quickly obtained to determine CO2 gas volumes.

Series #11000-GC: Modified Piercing Device
This piercing device was especially developed for purge and trap (PAT) analysis of gases, liquids or solids. It is ideal for all gas chromatographic sampling. The 11000-GC offers these benefits:

Series #14000: Zahm Computerized Piercing Device
This piercing device is a micro-processor based instrument used for testing C02 gas volume. The use of gas conversion charts is not needed. Reliable results are achieved even by novice users. Temperature and pressure are displayed on the LCD display and recalibration can be done by the user. The device comes in one or two liter sizes. Computer and thermometer can be ordered separately to attach onto existing Zahm piercing devices.

Zahm Carbonating Stones
Since dissolved air is an unwanted byproduct, it is desirable to remove it during the beer-making process. Zahm Unit Tank Carbonation removes the excess amount of dissolved air. The result is a better tasting beer.
Zahm stainless steel stones (Series 19,000) are designed for use in tanks up to about thirty barrels. For larger tanks and where a finer bubble is desired, Zahm ceramic stones (Series 16,000) are available. Multiple stones may be installed in large tanks to achieve the desired carbonation.
